Obituary Notice Emma Vinter Jenkins Emma Vinter Jenkins, 95, formerly of Germantown, died Wednesday at the Rydal Park Medical Center. Mrs. Jenkins was the widow of Dr. G. Chapin Jenkins. For many years she had been an active member of the Second Presbyterian Church in Germantown and the Germantown Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She is survived by two sons, Thomas V. and G. Chapin Jr., and three grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Kirk and Nice Funeral Home, Germantown Avenue and Washington Lane.
